When you sign up please, tell me your resilience. I won't place you unless you are near the minimums. If we don't have enough sign up's we will go ahead and just do the CTA's or a random battleground till old raid time. I'm also, hoping everyone is attempting to step into arena and get a few wins or maybe get capped.
Each piece of ruthless everyone gets the better off we will be. Going to try and go for all 3 Sunday. Decided to go back to level 60 raids since we had interest in that as well.
Probably level 80 raids will be next week as a heads up. Maybe possibly Molten Core if these 3 don't take long at all? Please, note if you want to do MC instead of one of the AQ's.
Or, all 4. I don't think any of the raids alone will take a hour so, we most likely can do all of them. Or did it disappear like ZG? My google-fu is failing me. Edited to say, "Thanks to the folks who did a ZA run with me on April 10th! It was way easier than I remember it being. Don't kick people!
You have no pictures btw in this thread. Originally Posted by enagic. By "don't kick people! While I'm very impressed with your work and I take my hat off to you guys because I know how tough those instances can be at times and I have given weak attempts at similar things.
You only really posted a quarter of a guide for 1 boss in Sunwell, the rest is just an image gallery. Yes you did say "Afk shadow priest" and a "disc priest that only throws shields every 5min" that still counts at people. You have full priest buffs, in the first Kalecgos screenshot it shows the shadowpriest still pulled like 2k DPS, which at L70 times was pretty much how much a sunwell entrance level shadow priest would pull if I'm not mistaken.
What you guys should really do if looking for a challenge, is make L70 twinks. Then see how far you can get with them. We nailed Gruul and his little council np with 15 people I'm positive it could have been done with Originally Posted by Unholy[S]haman.

Illidari council was a bit of a headache at first, I don't know who or what was triggering the bubbles, but they would bubble and I'd have to move to another of the boss mobs. Best be mindful of your HP, I dipped a little low at times, but used my CDs appropriately and it worked out. Illidan was not hard, the two elementals that come from his glaives were a bit trying but simply don't go too far, finish one off, then move to the other.
Illidan himself doesn't hit very hard, but still, play smartly and use your CDs. Comment by davs Soloed as 90 Protection Palladin. The only trouble was -1st boss take Sentence of Execution as friendly target and heals him possible bug, already reported -2nd phase relicary is tricky but in a diferrent way for other clases. Protection pallys have so low damage that you dont have to worry about hurting yourself but in 5 minute your mana will be 0 boss debuff and youre almost unable to do damage skills.
It takes long time as the boss bubbles himself and the only skill i had for doing damage was sentence of execution and eng. Just try to make the most damage while you had some mana and then, be patient. All bosses share the same life pool. You have 1 female npc doing big healings and another one is putting inmune bubbles to the one youre focusing at.
The trick is to aim for a not-healer boss, waiting for the guy to put the bubble to that one, and then change to the healer and interrupt circle of healing. If you make it to interrupt healings the fight will be over soon. The buble had the same animation that pally's hand of protection. Comment by LuckyLucas Anyone else have the problem of not seeing any mobs at all, nor friend, party or raid members in here after doing the green fire quest.
Comment by lumpy just soloed as a arms war in pvp gear ilvl about an hour the face boss on phase 2 is the longest part i just auto attacked the whole phase as to avoid killign myself. As soon as the Essence of Desire shows up, pop every cool down, hit time warp and give her everything you've got, stopping right before you die. When the Time Warp takes you back to full health, just keep going. Take a health potion or spank a warlock until he gives you a healthstone just in case, and you should be done with that face in secs, way before she kills your mana.
Have fun! Comment by After you slay Illidan, you'll probably want to grab the warglaives of azzinoth. Comment by bradmc Can be solod by Disc Priest ilvl though my first solo was at ilvl High Warlord Naj'entus: Usually only gets one shield up before my measly 40k dps knocks him out. Plow Plow dead.
Notable thing about this boss is that he is so easy that you should skip him, and you can. Supremus: Macro Smite to 1 and Penance to 2. Hit buttons in no certain order. Notable thing about this boss is he is like feet tall so you can't miss him Shade of Akama: Kill adds, burn Shade of Akama. Most notable thing about this boss is that it is just as lame now as when it was released. Teron Gorefiend: Put on PW:shield, go make a sandwich, come back and kill him.
Notable thing about this boss is nothing. Gurtogg Bloodboil: Once the bane of soloing, has now been out geared. The stacks can still hurt, and you might need to direct heal GASP and not only rely on Atonement double gasp.
This fight pay some attention, but not too much. Shield up when available and as well as renew. Even max stacks are survivable. Just burn as fast as possible so you can get back to your napping. Most notable thing about this boss is he might still kill you Reliquary of Souls: Watch health, shoot heads.
Most notable thing about this boss is that it takes 20 minutes to get to it and 30 minutes getting back due to constantly nodding off. Mother Shahraz: Can be a pain. She will silence you quite often for 10 secs. Can still deal 'owie' level damage. Keep renew and shield up and spam your 3 damage spells when not silenced.
Most notable thing about this boss if you weren't a caster, she'd be so faceroll she wouldn't even exist. Just ignore her altogether. They share a health pool.
Ice one you ice them all. Most notable thing about this boss is that if they didn't share a heath pool, I probably wouldn't be able to solo them. Illidan Stormrage: Pew Pew, run run run avoid stuff. When he tosses down his glaves, stay near one and burn down the add coming from the glaive farthest from you.
The farther away the fire adds get from their glaive, the more ouch they deliver. Liek you are dead now, ouch. Burn down the one coming towards you from the glaive you aren't near by and then concentrate on the other. Avoid the epic fire coming from every direction but don't get to far away from the glaive.
Hopefully when he is dead, he will drop one of his legendary glaives which of course is of absolutely no value to you because you can't use them since you are a priest. Most notable thing about this boss is that you have the opportunity to get a legendary weapon you can't use. Comment by Betonkocka When Blizzard introduced the new Warlords expansion, I decided to collect the legendary weapons from here.
My main is a Pally, who cannot use them, and my alts are not too good - I thought. But actually, I run through with my ilvl ret paladin on the first bosses to the last one, then I changed to the DK and finished Illidan Stormrage with him. Both were in the same raid - you might need a friend to invite both of your characters to the same raid group and then the friend can leave the raid.
With this method it was VERY easy and fast run. Walking, looting and selling the stuff was much more time consuming than the killing itself. Good thing that the vendors are in the middle hall and you pass through this hall after clearing the wing on the east and north sides. This is one extra vendor option when you cannot use mounts with the vendors. The only one boss which needs some attention is the Reliquary of Souls; you can kill yourself if you make too high damage on him without self heal.
I used the paladin's healing seal, and it was not a problem. Trash and other bosses should not be an issue. Warglaives did not drop, of course. But this was just first solo run, what should I expect? EU Azuremyst. This raid is a do-not-miss for anyone who likes old content and money.
Comment by thunderold stone at Comment by tariel36 Maybe It's a bit outdated but hell, not everyone bought their MoP. How to solo BT as 85lv Rogue.
Well, It's nearly impossible because of concuil encounter. Also keep in mind that my gear ilv is , and I've got Fangs of the Father , so It might be easier or harder, depending on your gear. Spec This is the talent spec and glyphs I used. On some bosses you need serious damage migination and healing.
You can always bring some MoP healing potions bought AH so you'll have almost full healup in case of emergency. Trash Killing trash is meaningless, because you can skip almost everything here. Be aware of stealth detectors the 'eye' above mob's head , ghost wolves of Ashtongue Deathsworn or normal wolves on the way to Teron Gorefiend.
High Warlord Naj'entus Fairly easy fight. You can ignore trash on the way to him, tho if you're combat you might consider killing the 2 elementals next to him.
It's just DPS burst. If it wasn't a bug, you can just wait through it and then finish the job. Supremus Skip the trash. Nothing serious here, just keep your Recuperate up, dont stand in fire, use your defensive abilities if needed and burn him down.
Shade of Akama You can't skip trash here, so just kill it before the pull to have easier job. Boss fight is not hard. Killl the casters that slow down Shade of Akama. When it reach the real Akama, just burn it down. During fight, keep your eyes on adds that are trying to help slowing Shade of Akama, kill them asap. Teron Gorefiend You'll have to kill some trash on the way, depends on your sneaking skill.
Fight is fairly easy, tho he can start to hit harder in the later part, so you can keep few defensive cooldowns for later. As always keep you Recuperate up. Gurtogg Bloodboil You can skip whole trash here. It took me 2 tries to get him down. The key is to drop the debuffs he stacks on you. Try to heal through it for a bit at the beginning of the encounter, then use Evasion to dodge his melee attacks so you can reset the debuffs.
You have to smart distribute your defensive cooldowns. You'll need evasion at the end, because of your armor losses and his damage stacking buff. Dropping Acidic Wound might be tricky, but it is possible with some luck. One of the hardest fight here, because you just can't nuke through it.
First phase Essence of Suffering - fairly easy, you can burn you dps cooldowns here, because it doesn't really matter. Remember that your healing is reduced here and you'll need your defensive cooldowns ready for P2. Second phase Essence of Desire - It's the fight breaker here.
Even normal melee can kill you here. I highly advice to remove deadly poison from your weapon and pass on all your dot abilities. First of all you need to focus on interrupting the Spirit Shock. It was nerfed so you won't const stunlock but be aware of it since you'll be exposed to the boss during disorient. If you can't kick it and you have to resist low hp or something you can do so with Cloak of Shadows. Another ability - Deaden - can hurt a but you can dispell it with Cloak I advice you don't or just counter it with Combat Readiness, or just heal through.
Last ability - Rune Shield - can help you, but still is a bit dangerous. But, when you attack it, it doesn't reflect damage to you, so you can get some extra combo points to refresh your Recuperate without risk. Attack only with CP generating skills when you have a lot of hp or Rune Shield is up, refresh your Recuperate, Shiv all the time, interrupt Spirit Shock. Be careful with normal melee hits. It will take some time but you'll finish it of without risk. Don't get exited when it's on low hp, just continue your rotation or you'll waste another try.
Mother Shahraz You can skip whole trash again, but be careful for Sukkub patrol around boss. User Info: CarbunkleFlux. You will need two tanks of some form for Illidan. He has a mechanic where two adds must be tanked in one specific spot each IE- no kiting or they will wipe the group.
A hunter pet will probably suffice for this, but the healer needs to be on top of their game. You might also have trouble with Shahraz and Gorefiend also with only 3.
It can be 5 manned without a problem though, so if worst comes to worst, just find two others. User Info: Linkmaster2k3. If you're talking about the elementals, a dk tank in ilevel or so could solo them.
